Best Western Plus Executive Inn

Very clean, friendly front desk, the room smells very good without weird odors. I was able to sleep through the night without disturbing and noise. Will definitely stay here for a future visit

The staff at front desk was very friendly and patient, the parking was safe, the room was clean enough, and the location was very convenient that you can walk to many restaurants. Recommended, definitely will stay again.

If my husband and I come to Los Angeles for a trip, we will definitely stay here again. The hotel service is excellent. There’s hot water, free coffee, and breakfast, and there are also charging stations for electric cars. It’s located in a plaza in Rowland Heights with lots of great restaurants, so the location is very convenient. We will definitely come back to stay here again.

Very, very clean. A little noise on the freeway side, but hey, it's Southern California. The staff was amazing, friendly and very informative. We loved the nearby marketplace and all of the restaurant options.

I don’t give out full 5 stars to small hotels very often…But this place is clean!!!! Rooms are comfy as heck. Carpet was plush and seemed new.plenty of working outlets. Water hot, bed super comfy, parking ample. Front desk staff was exceptional. Needed to stay until 2p they extended me for 22$! Will definitely stay here again and totally recommend. Solid 5 stars!

My dad and I stayed here for around 9 days and had an INCREDIBLE experience. All of the staff was helpful and exceeded all expectations! A big thank you to amber, Matt, and the nice young man who helped my dad when he saw he was feeling down! The best hotel experience we’ve had! Definitely will recommend to others! The room was very clean, only tiny down side was the fan in the bathroom being a little noisy but was not a big problem to us. The breakfast in the morning was amazing as well! The area is nice of course a little more noisy if you’re on the 3rd floor since the 60 freeway is right next to it. Other than that the bed was comfortable and got some great zzz’s! 100/10!!

We arrived late and were greeted warmly. The room was clean and the location perfect for our purposes. Parking was free and it felt safe. If I was being picky, the three things that could use improvement were 1) we could hear the road traffic, 2) the elevator was out twice, and 3) the shower could use better water pressure. However, none of those things were a dealbreaker for us. Check-out was quick, and again, they were very professional and friendly. I would stay here again if I had to visit this area.

Nice place to crash when you need a room. Beautiful room with comfortable beds and nice automatic turn on lighting near the sink. Parking right in front of your room. Everything was clean, cozy and felt like I was at home. Pop machine nearby. Front desk staff were professional and quick. Had to check in very late due to home plumbing issues and they helped me get into my room so fast, which was wonderful as I had been moving for 20 hours and was exhausted. Highly recommend.

5 stars! If I could give more I would. Matthew was AMAZING. He was able to get us a room on short notice and even signed us up for the rewards program! He made sure to thoroughly explain all the amenities available. I really appreciated his wonderful customer service and eagerness to help.

The location is next to the plaza which is convenient to walk to restaurants. Our room is clean but the interior is old. Our room is on the first floor facing highway I can hear the traffic from the highway and foot steps from upstairs. Staffs are friendly especially the lady Alma working in the dining room. She helped me making pancake and grabbing banana from the kitchen.
